The Busy Month of October

October looks a little crazy. We’re making a trip to Vegas for World Voices WoVoCon XI. Both Mr. Scruffy and I will be attending this year. There’s a packed list of events and seminars to attend in the short weekend, but we’re staying a few extra days to hang out with our friends and take in a bit more of the area since our last trip in May was pretty rushed.

The end of the month kicks off BlizzCon which I’m excited that Mr. Scruffy again gets to experience with me this year. We’ll head out a bit early. Attend Con before the Storm the day before BlizzCon, then travel to Vegas to head home again.

While they’re s week between the events, it always seems a bit rushed and packed. We’re hoping the few extra days will let us relax a bit, avoid the bulk of the jet lag I dealt with last year, and with any luck there will be no midnight drives to Kansas City to catch rescheduled canceled flights to Anaheim.

Traveling aside, the amount of games coming out for Switch this month is extensive.

Baldur’s Gate and Baldur’s Gate II: Enhanced Edition

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt-Complete Edition

Overwatch: Legendary Edition

Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and the Lion King

Luigi’s Mansion 3

Call of Cthulhu

I think I need a video game fund for all of this. Help me!
